A Personal Note


Hospice work is deeply human.  I am called to do it.  

My family has walked loved ones home through hospice. That experience shaped how I lead: I tell the truth, I keep the work human, and I protect the team while we grow. AI will not replace bedside care or presence with grieving families. Leaders still need clarity and a system that works.

Nikki Patton is a hospice and healthcare leader with more than two decades of experience guiding organizations through growth, transition, and complexity—always with a deep respect for the human realities of end-of-life care.  Her work sits at the intersection of growth strategy, operational alignment, and leadership steadiness, helping hospice organizations expand without losing trust, culture, or care quality. She is known for her calm presence, plainspoken leadership style, and ability to bring clarity to situations that feel heavy, urgent, or fragmented.
