The short version: this site does not run advertising trackers, does not sell anything about you, and does not ask for information it has no use for. What follows is the longer version, in plain language.
Who this is
Always Human Hospice Consulting, LLC operates always-human.com. You can reach us at nikki@always-human.com or 910-915-9056 about anything on this page, including a request to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you.
What we collect
What you send us. If you email, call, or book a conversation, we have whatever you chose to put in that message — your name, your contact details, and what you told us about your agency. We keep it because that is the record of a business conversation.
What booking collects. Appointments are booked through Microsoft Bookings. When you book, Microsoft collects what its form asks for and passes it to us. That step is governed by Microsoft's privacy terms as well as this page.
What our platforms collect. Training is delivered by Thinkific and by Hiro. If you buy or sign up for something there, you are creating an account with that platform, under its terms and its privacy policy, and it — not this site — handles your payment details. We never see or store a full card number.
Ordinary server logs. This site is hosted on Netlify, which records standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and which page was requested. That is how any web server works and how abuse is detected.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Not ever, and not to anyone.
- We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels on this site.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you booked a call or sent an email.
- We do not ask for health information, and you should not send us any.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and no analytics cookies. The audio training page embeds signup panels from Hiro; when that panel loads, Hiro may set cookies of its own under its privacy policy. If you would rather it did not, do not open that page, or block third-party cookies in your browser.
Confidentiality of client information
Consulting work involves seeing things an agency would not publish — census, referral sources, contracts, what is not working, and who is struggling. None of it appears on this site, in a case study, in a testimonial, or in a talk, without written permission naming exactly what may be said. That is why the testimonials page on this site is empty rather than populated with something reconstructed.
This business does not receive protected health information in the ordinary course of its work and does not ask for it. If an engagement would ever require it, that is a separate written agreement before any data changes hands.
How long we keep things
Business correspondence and engagement records are kept as long as the relationship and any legal or tax obligation requires, and then deleted. If you asked a question and nothing came of it, there is no reason for us to hold that indefinitely — ask and we will delete it.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email nikki@always-human.com and we will answer within thirty days. Depending on where you live you may also have rights under state privacy laws or the GDPR, including the right to complain to a regulator. You do not need to cite a law to get a straight answer from us.
Children
This site is for hospice owners, operators, and the professionals who work with them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If what we do changes — a store, a newsletter, analytics, anything — this page changes with it and the date above changes. Material changes will be noted here rather than slipped in quietly.
This policy describes current practice as of 8 September 2026. If something here does not match what you have experienced with us, tell us — that is a mistake we want to fix, not defend.
