These terms cover this website and the training you can buy from it. A consulting engagement is governed by the written scope you sign, and where the two disagree, the signed scope wins.
Who you are contracting with
Always Human Hospice Consulting, LLC. Reach us at nikki@always-human.com or 910-915-9056.
What this site is, and is not
Everything published here — the pages, the field notes, the training — is professional education about hospice sales, marketing, and operations. It is general information written for a general audience.
It is not clinical guidance, legal advice, or regulatory advice. Hospice is a regulated field and the rules change. Nothing on this site should be treated as a determination about eligibility, documentation, billing, or compliance for a specific patient or a specific agency. Check current CMS guidance and your own counsel and clinical leadership before acting.
Reading this site, buying a course, or having a discovery conversation does not create a consulting relationship. That starts when a scope is signed.
Buying training
Training products are delivered by third-party platforms — Thinkific and Hiro — and buying one creates an account with that platform under its own terms. Payment is handled there; this site never processes or stores card details.
Prices shown on this site are maintained by hand and can lag the storefront. The price you are shown at checkout is the price that applies. If you ever see a difference, tell us and we will honour the lower one and fix the page.
Refunds. If a product is not what you expected, email within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it. You do not need to justify the request. Where a platform's own refund window is longer, the longer one applies.
What you may do with the material
Buy a seat and it is yours: use it, apply it, teach it inside your own agency, and build your own tools from what you learn. That is the point of it.
What you may not do is resell it, publish it, share a login across an agency, or repackage it as your own training product. One purchase is one person. If you want a whole team covered, that is a conversation and it costs less than you would expect.
All content on this site and in the products — text, structure, frameworks, and recordings — remains the property of Always Human Hospice Consulting, LLC.
Links and platforms we do not control
This site links out to Thinkific, Hiro, Microsoft Bookings, Amazon, and LinkedIn. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or handling of your data. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you are on them.
Preferred partners
On the AI advisory side we have preferred partners, and we say so on the page rather than in a footnote. Where a recommendation involves a partner, you are told before you act on it, and you can always ask which partners and why. You are never obliged to use one, and the advice does not change if you do not.
Limits
This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, our liability arising from your use of this site or its self-serve products is limited to what you paid for them. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
No outcome is promised, on this site or anywhere else in this business. There are no census guarantees and no performance claims, and you should be sceptical of anyone in this field who offers you one.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above changes when we do, and a material change will be described here rather than slipped in.
Last updated 8 September 2026. These terms govern this site and the self-serve products only. If you are engaging us for consulting, the signed scope is the document that matters — read that one.
